15条　労働条件の明示 (Clear Indication of Working Conditions)

　労働契約の締結に際し、賃金、労働時間、その他の労働条件を明示。

　In concluding a labor contract, the employer shall clearly indicate the wages, working hours and other working conditions to the worker.

書面…雇入通知書、雇用契約書、労働契約書。

　        技能実習生には必要。入国前に渡されるはず。もっていない人はすぐ確認。

16条　賠償予定の禁止 (Ban on Predetermined Compensation)

　労働契約の不履行について違約金を定め、または損害賠償額を予定する契約は不可。

　An employer shall not make a contract which fixes in advance either a sum payable to the employer for breach of contract or an amount of compensation for damages.

18条　強制貯金 (Compulsory Savings)

　労働契約に付随して貯蓄の契約をさせ、または貯蓄金を管理する契約をしてはいけない。

　An employer shall not require a contract for savings or make a contract to take charge of savings incidental to the labor contract.
